Peran Pembimbing Praktik Klinik pada Praktik Klinik Keperawatan Diploma III Keperawatan STIKES An-nur Purwodadi

Latar belakang: Peran perawat professional dalam pelayanan keperawatan masih rendah. Praktik pelayanan keperawatan di banyak rumah sakit di Indonesia belum mencerminkan praktik pelayanan professional. Hasil nilai ujian praktik comprehensive try out, masih belum memuaskan, karena yang mendapat nilai diatas 3 (kategori baik) hanya sekitar 18% dari tiap angkatan. Tujuan penelitian: untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang peran pembimbing klinik keperawatan dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan praktik klinik keperawatan. Metode penelitian: Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dan strategi penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus terpancang (embedded case study research ). Analisa data dilakukan melalui analisis kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian para pembimbing praktik klinik dan mahasiswa D-III Keperawatan An-Nur Purwodadi yang praktik di Rumah Sakit Umum dr. Raden Soedjati Purwodadi. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian: Menunjukkan terdapat metode bimbingan yang masih monoton , kurangnya motivasi dan kurang dukungan dari pembimbing klinik. Pemberian reinforcement yang kurang dan masih rendahnya perhatian pembimbing dalam membedakan kemampuan mahaiswa. Pembimbingan yang dilaksanakan masih terkesan seadanya. Pembimbing praktik klinik mempunyai tugas ganda sebagai perawat ruangan yang tingkat kesibukannya tinggi, sehingga pelaksanaan pre dan post conference sering kali tidak dapat dilaksanakan. Pembimbing menilai kemampuan mahasiswa juga tidak berdasarkan kualitas. Pembimbing belum mempunyai modul pribadi. Pembimbing hanya melaksanakan standar opersional prosedur dan masih ada pembimbing yang belum sesuai dengan klasifikasi sebagai pembimbing klinik serta masih kurangnya alat-alat diruangan untuk melaksanakan tindakan keperawatan Kesimpulan: Dukungan yang diberikan oleh pembimbing dalam memberikan persiapan laboratorium dan pemberian umpan balik sebelum pratik di lahan masih dianggap monoton dan belum cukup oleh mahasiswa. Belum tercipta iklim belajar yang kondusif untuk perkembangan kemampuan, ketrampilan dan sikap mahasiswa. Praktik yang dilaksanakan masih berfokus pada rutinitas dan berorientasi pada perintah.

Background: The role of professional nurses in nursing services is still low. The practice of nursing care in many hospitals in Indonesia has not reflected the practice of professional services. The results of “comprehensive try out” practice examination, still not satisfactory, because who get the score above 3 (best categories), only about 18% of each generation. The object of the studi: To get the description about the role of nursing clinical instructor in giving advice in nursing clinical practice. Methods: Descriptive qualitative study and the research strategy used is a case study of spikes (embedded case study research). The Analysis of the data is done through a qualitative analysis. The data sources of this research are from practice clinical instructor of D-III Nursing students of An Nur Health School Purwodadi who practices at the General Hospital, dr. Raden Soedjati Purwodadi. Techniques of data collection is done by in-depth interviews. The results: There is guidance method that still monotonous, lack of motivation and lack of support from the clinic instructor. The Giving of reinforcement is still less and the limited attention to differentiate students’ ability. Conducted coaching still seems modest. Clinical instructor has double duty as a nurse in room that has a high level of busy, so that the implementation of pre and post conference often are not able to be implemented. Instructor assess the ability of students is also not based on quality. Clinical Instructors do not have a personal material. Clinical Instructor only implement standard operational procedures and there are still Clinical Instructor who have not been in accordance with the classification as a clinical instructor and also it still lack of tools to implement nursing actions in rooms. Conclusion: Support that given by clinical instructor so far by givin laboratory preparation and giving reinforcement still be trougth as monotonous activity and haven’t been enough for student. Conducive climates of the study have not been created togrow the abilty, skill and attitude of the students. Practical that been hold still focus on rutinity and oriented to give instructor.
