Evaluasi implementasi sistem manajemen kinerja terpadu dengan rerangka Balanced Scorecard

In facing a business environment that is unstable and unpredictable, the management have to develop a future planning of company that has a system and a structure as a journey map that will bring the company to the competition position. In a competitive business environment, the organization has to be a wealth-multiplying institution, not only as a wealth-creating institution. A wealth-multiplying can only be yield if the company takes strategic steps –big steps on developing a company. This big step can only be yield by management system that is done for planning and performing strategic steps. The objectives of the internship is to evaluate how implementing integrated performance management system with a Balanced Scorecard Framework at PT. Telkom Divisi Regional V East Java. Integrated performance management system is a strategic management system focus for increasing a personal performance in multiplying a finance performance of company in a long term. A strategic management system is done for being possible a company to do a rapid quantum-leap improvement systematically. For more centering a rapid quantum-leap improvement to the effort of multiplying of a long term finance performance, the company needs particularly make a design of integrated performance management system, that consists of two sub-systems: performance planning system and performance management system. A data collection method that is used in this research is a literature study and a field study. The analysis method that is used in this internship writing is a qualitative descriptive. The conclusion in this research shows that a Balanced Scorecard framework is able to yield a comprehensive an coherent journey map for bringing the company to the future. A Balanced Scorecard is a very powerfull management tool for interpreting a vision, a mission, and an organization performance measuring framework. PT. Telkom as a business institution does not implement yet a Balanced Scorecard totality in a performance management system.
